Turn your style into smarter relationships · with Ibrahim Mohammed
This is an original CoElevate coaching resource, built to work with your own DISC results. DISC is a public behavioural model based on the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston. The four style labels (Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive, Cautious) are used here only as general behavioural descriptors. This tool is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed from any specific DISC assessment provider.
Every DISC style comes from two settings. Each dial on its own narrows you to two possible styles — where the two dials cross is your style.
Pick your primary style below — the reference for each lens appears underneath every question, so you don't need to hunt for the DISC circle. Pick the top 2 that fit you, or write your own. If your report shows LEVEL, pick LEVEL.
Now your secondary style — the one that supports and colours your primary. The reference updates to match whichever style you pick. If your report shows LEVEL, you can skip this and the next screen.
Some blends have three high styles — one primary plus two secondaries, written like C/IS or S/ID. If your report shows a third style above the mid-line, fill it in here. If you only have two styles, or your report shows LEVEL, skip to the next screen.
Your report lists blind spots — areas where your strengths, taken to an extreme, work against you. For each, add one early warning sign you can catch.
Your report shows how different people read you on a good day and a bad one. Capture how you want
to be seen — and the version of you that shows up when you slip.
▸ Find this in your report: “How Others View You…” — the In-control / Out-of-control table.
For each style, write what you'll do more of and what to watch out for.
▸ Find this in your report: “How to Adapt Your Style to Others.”
You now have a full read on your style — how it helps, where it trips you up, how you show up under pressure, and how to adapt to the people around you.
Adapting is a practice, not a one-time exercise. Revisit this monthly, catch your stress signals earlier, and pick one style you'll get better at working with.
